Kelly Melter has bee working in theFortBraggarea for the past 11 years—10 of which were spent with RE/MAX. She is prior military and wife of a retired Senior NCO. Kelly has four children and one grandchild and is very family oriented.
She is also a believer in giving back to the community in a variety of different ways. Some community services that she has participated in are: Cub Scout Leader, Assistant Softball Coach, member of the Westminster Presbyterian Church, Homes for Christmas project (helping in the renovation of approximately 6 apartments which were rented to low-income/homeless families), Phones for Soldiers Program and the Hope House of Hope Mills (provides/serves hot meals to the hungry). In addition, she and her husband sponsor the Cape Fear Kiwanis Club Annual Golf Tournament and have helped with different events for the Cape Fear Kiwanis.
Two of the top reasons people choose Kelly Melter is because she is caring and professional. She finds it very gratifying to help families fulfill their dreams of owning their own home. Each family/client is very unique and different and for her to be involved in the whole home selection process is a new experience ever time. It has its challenges at times, but knowing that she helped make a difference in their lives is very rewarding. Kelly knows how stressful it can be moving a family from location to location. She enjoys helping soldiers and their families make their move/relocation as smooth and stress-free as possible. The Fort Bragg/Fayetteville is a great place to live with a variety of activities for all ages. It is also centrally located and within a couple of hours either way of the beach or the mountains.
